When you visit our site, you accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before you use our services.
The only information which we collect is that which you provide (on a voluntary basis) when you complete the application form; this information is necessary for processing your E-Visa. This information will only be used for processing your application; we will not use it otherwise unless we are legally required to do so.
You may under some circumstances be required to agree explicitly to allow specified items of data to be processed. When such processing is required, we will first inform you about it, then we will require your consent. When you press the appropriate button or make the appropriate mark on the form, you consent to the data processing.
At immigrationcenter.com, we use a web analysis tool. This allows us to improve our services, optimize the site, and understand the actions of our users with regard to the site. The date which we collect using this tool includes the visitor's user agent, the referring site and the time of the visit. You agree to such collecting, processing, and transmission of this data when you use our website.
The services provided by our site are as follows: Immigrationcenter.com processes and reviews E-Visa (electronic travel authorization) applications for travel to the U.S., Turkey, and other countries. Both our company and immigrationcenter.com are owned and operated privately, and are not connected with any bureau, agency, or department of any government. During the application process at our site, you will see notes regarding these matters; when you click on the button associated with such a note, you agree to conclude a mandate with our company
At our site, we offer a variety of downloadable eBooks-format (PDF) immigration guides to the U.S. All of the eBooks which we offer are published by us, and are not the product of any agency of any foreign government. The eBooks which we offer should not be considered a source of legal advice; they are for the purpose of providing information only.
You may ask us questions and view our website at no cost. We do charge for processing, reviewing, and verifying applications; payment is by credit card, in U.S. dollars, without a Value Added Tax (VAT). Before you start your E-Visa application at our site, we will let you know what the price is. You indicate that you agree to the fee which our company charges (including the required U.S. Government fee of US$ 14,00) when you click on the indicated button at our site. The price which we charge for eBooks is US$ 59,95.
The only forms of payment which we accept for processing and reviewing E-Visa (Electronic Travel Authorizations) are credit cards and United States Dollars (US$).
If you use a credit card with a currency other than U.S. dollars when you pay us, the amount that we charge (in US$) will be converted to your card's currency by the company that issues your card, using the actual exchange rate. There may be additional transaction and card-use fees charged by the credit card company; we have no control over such charges.
You must find out whether a visa is required to enter a foreign country before you travel to that country. Some countries allow you to use an Electronic Travel Authorization (E-Visa), which is available online. To obtain an E-Visa, you must first provide information about your travel plans and your passport.
At our website, we provide application forms which have all of the questions that you must answer when you apply for an E-Visa. We will review all of your answers and all of the information that you include before we process your application and submit it. If we need additional information or find anything that might cause a problem we will contact you via e-mail. We will only submit your application after we determine that the information which you have supplied to us is valid for the approval process. If your application cannot be successfully processed for any reason, we will refund your payment in full.
Please be aware that, depending on the government in question, the process of approving an E-Visa may take as long as 72 hours; the time that it takes us to reply to you depends on the length of time required for processing. In most cases, approved travel authorizations are sent to applicants within 24 hours. In order to make time for delays which you may not be able to anticipate, we strongly suggest that you submit your E-Visa application as soon as you can. You should do so at least 72 hours before your departure time.
If for any reason we cannot process your application, you may go through another service provider to submit it, or you may go to the government website and submit it. Each government individually makes the final decision to either accept or reject your application. if you do find that your application has been denied, we recommend getting in touch with an embassy or consulate of the government involved, and applying for a standard visa instead.
Note that in rare cases, it is possible that some governments will withdraw approval of your E-Visa (Electronic Travel Authorization obtianed online) under certain circumstances after initially approving it, changing your status to 'Not Authorized to visit with E-Visa'. When you enter a country, the final decision to allow admission is in the hands of the Customs Officer at your port of entry. We do not take responsibility for any losses resulting from such a decision to decline or withdraw approval to enter a country, and we cannot be held liable for any claims or costs connected with that decision.
It is your responsibility to comply with any and all travel requirements connected with your visit. If any of the information that you provide when you apply for an E-Visa (Electronic Travel Authorization obtained online) is not correct, you may not be allowed to board the flight or vessel to your travel destination. If this happens, our company cannot be held liable.
