You may ask us questions and view our website at no cost. We do charge for processing, reviewing, and verifying applications; payment is by credit card, in U.S. dollars, without a Value Added Tax (VAT). Before you start your E-Visa application at our site, we will let you know what the price is. You indicate that you agree to the fee which our company charges (including the required U.S. Government fee of US$ 14.00) when you click on the indicated button at our site. The price which we charge for eBooks is US$ 59.95.
The only forms of payment which we accept for processing and reviewing E-Visa (Electronic Travel Authorizations) are credit cards and United States Dollars (US$).
If you use a credit card with a currency other than U.S. dollars when you pay us, the amount that we charge (in US$) will be converted to your card's currency by the company that issues your card, using the actual exchange rate. There may be additional transaction and card-use fees charged by the credit card company; we have no control over such charges.
You must find out whether a visa is required to enter a foreign country before you travel to that country. Some countries allow you to use an Electronic Travel Authorization (E-Visa), which is available online. To obtain an E-Visa, you must first provide information about your travel plans and your passport.
At our website, we provide application forms which have all of the questions that you must answer when you apply for an E-Visa. We will review all of your answers and all of the information that you include before we process your application and submit it. If we need additional information or find anything that might cause a problem we will contact you via e-mail. We will only submit your application after we determine that the information which you have supplied to us is valid for the approval process. If your application cannot be successfully processed for any reason, we will refund your payment in full.
Please be aware that, depending on the government in question, the process of approving an E-Visa may take as long as 72 hours; the time that it takes us to reply to you depends on the length of time required for processing. In most cases, approved travel authorizations are sent to applicants within 24 hours. In order to make time for delays which you may not be able to anticipate, we strongly suggest that you submit your E-Visa application as soon as you can. You should do so at least 72 hours before your departure time.
If for any reason we cannot process your application, you may go through another service provider to submit it, or you may go to the government website and submit it. Each government individually makes the final decision to either accept or reject your application. if you do find that your application has been denied, we recommend getting in touch with an embassy or consulate of the government involved, and applying for a standard visa instead.
Note that in rare cases, it is possible that some governments will withdraw approval of your E-Visa (Electronic Travel Authorization obtianed online) under certain circumstances after initially approving it, changing your status to 'Not Authorized to visit with E-Visa'. When you enter a country, the final decision to allow admission is in the hands of the Customs Officer at your port of entry. We do not take responsibility for any losses resulting from such a decision to decline or withdraw approval to enter a country, and we cannot be held liable for any claims or costs connected with that decision.
It is your responsibility to comply with any and all travel requirements connected with your visit. If any of the information that you provide when you apply for an E-Visa (Electronic Travel Authorization obtained online) is not correct, you may not be allowed to board the flight or vessel to your travel destination. If this happens, our company cannot be held liable.

In case you have already submitted an application, please include information such as the name of traveler and email address to help us locate the order. If more applications have been submitted, please include the above-mentioned information for each applicant.
If you have a question regarding payments or cancellations, please contact our Billing Department. We ask you to include the traveler’s full name, email address and date of purchase in your email. If more applications have been submitted, please include the same information for each applicant. Do not contact your Credit Card Company or bank as this will further delay your request. Our Billing Department handles all your payment related issues and will respond within one business day.

You may ask us to remove any information submitted as part of an E-Visa application at any time by contacting customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. When you do so, we will immediately delete all of your personal information. In addition, when you send us an email message, we automatically delete it (both the content and your contact information) after 90 days. If you want us to delete an email message earlier than that, you can send us a request to do so by email, and we will immediately fulfill your request.

You can ask for a refund if you are not satisfied with our product or the service, which we provide. You have the right to withdraw from this contract without providing a reason. To withdraw from the contract, you only need to send a communication to us before the withdrawal period ends regarding your intent to exercise your right to withdraw. To exercise this right, you are required to communicate with our customer service team by e-mail at email@example.com, telling us that you have chosen to withdraw form the contract.
If you do withdraw from this contract, we will provide you with reimbursement for all payments, that you have made to us. The means by which we reimburse you will be the same as your means of payment when you first made the transaction.
We conduct all of our transactions in United States dollars. We will issue your refund (which will be posted within two working days of your request for it) in U.S. dollars. Your Credit Card Company or bank will convert it to your local currency. The amount of your refund may be slightly greater or less than the amount that you originally paid. This is a result of the currency conversion process, and fluctuations in currency values; we are not able to adjust the amount of the refund to make up for such differences.
We only issue refunds to the credit card originally used in the transaction; we do not make refunds utilizing money orders, checks, or cash.
