What is an E-Visa?


An E-Visa is an official electronic document linked to the passport of travellers who wish to enter certain countries. The main highlight of an E-Visa is that it is easy to apply for: applicants enter personal, passport and travel information online, pay for their application online by debit or major credit card, and can either download their approved E-Visa from a link or will receive it by email. When you enter the specific country, border officials will verify your E-Visa directly in their system when scanning your passport. You are though advised to provide your E-Visa either as a printout or on your phone or tablet when travelling in case of system errors. A nation's border official will still make the final determination as to whether you will be granted entry or not. An approved E-Visa does not automatically lead to entry.


What information do I need to apply for an E-Visa?


Every country offering E-visas require slightly different information to be submitted. In general, you will need the following information to apply for an E-Visa: basic personal information, a travel document (passport) valid for at least six months after the date you enter the country, your travel dates, and a valid credit card. Depending on the nation you will be travelling to and your own nationality, there may be additional requirements for your E-Visa application.


What makes an E-Visa a better option than a standard travel visa?


The advantage of an E-Visa is that it's convenient to obtain: You can apply at any time, from anywhere, so long as you have an internet connection. If you do not have an embassy, consulate, or mission for the nation you plan to travel to in your area; E-Visas save time, travel, and paperwork.


Does each person who accompany me need a separate E-Visa?


Yes. Every traveller including children and infants require a separate E-Visa.


How far in advance of travel should I apply for my E-Visa?


Once you know you are going to travel, you can apply for your E-Visa. However, as many E-Visa applications require up to 48 hours to process, we suggest your E-Visa application at least 72 hours before you travel.


Can I still apply for a standard tourist visa if my E-Visa application is denied?


If your E-Visa application is denied, you do still have the option of applying for a standard visa at your closest embassy, consulate, or mission. The requirements for E-Visas and standard visas are usually the same, so if you are declined for an E-Visa, you may not be guaranteed a standard visa either.


How long will I have to wait for an E-Visa confirmation once I complete my application?


While the E-Visa confirmation period for each country varies, expect to receive your approval or denial by email within 48 to 72 hours.


What is the fee for an E-Visa?


The application fees for E-Visas vary depending on what country you intend to visit. We include all mandatory government fees as a part of our processing service. You will only see one charge on your credit card statement.


What is a CVV / CVC / CVC2 number?


Your credit card's CVV / CVC / CVC2 number is the three/four-digit number printed on your credit card's signature strip. If the number on the back of your card is longer than three/four digits, it is the final three/four digits of that number.


Can I make a secure payment with my credit card on this site?

I bought a visa application guide, but I am not able to download and read it. What should I do?


Please refer to the confirmation email which explains how to download and install Adobe Reader. This is a free program to read our eBooks. Alternatively, contact us for more information and we will help you.


I read in the visa application guide that I need to make an appointment with the Embassy for my interview and fingerprinting. Can you help me make an appointment?


No. The reason is that when you call or make the Embassy appointment online, they will request information about you we do not have. Only you can make your appointment.


I purchased a visa application guide but did not receive any confirmation email.


Please check your spam/junk folder. If no email has arrived, please email us with your name, last 4 digits of your credit card number and the email address you used to order the guide. We will then be able to forward your eBook.


I bought a visa application guide some time ago, but now I cannot access it from the original link you sent me.


The purchased guide links are only valid for 60 days. Please contact us and we will be happy to provide the PDF version of your eBook.


Others in my family would like to read the PDF/eBook. Does this mean that I have to buy the guide for them as well or can we all share one PDF/eBook?


When you have downloaded a PDF/eBook, you are free to share it with your family members.


Reading on a screen makes my eyes hurt. Can I buy one of your PDF’s/eBooks in hard copy-copy format?


All guides are only available in digital formats. We suggest that you print the guide on paper if a screen hurts your eyes. On some devices, dimming the lights might also help.


I managed to delete or misplace the PDF/eBook. Do I have to buy it again?


Do not worry. Simply go the email inbox where you received the PDF/eBook and you may download it again. Write us an email if you still cannot retrieve your product.


I tried to purchase a visa application guide, but I was not able to pay. How can I pay?


You can purchase a visa application guide with any credit or debit card. We accept all major credit cards. If you have tried to pay twice with the same card and it was declined both times, you may try another card. If the error persists, please contact your credit card issuer as there might be something wrong with your card. Note that the Security Code on Visa and MasterCard are shown on the back of the card with 3 digits, while on American Express it is shown on the front of the card with 4 digits.


How do I know that my payment is secure?

Do I need to apply for a B-2 Tourist Visa to travel to the United States for tourism, business or medical purposes?


If you are a national of a country participating in the Visa Waiver Program, you may apply for an ESTA instead of a B-2 Tourist Visa. However if you are not a national of a Visa Waiver country, you are required to apply for a B-2 Tourist Visa.
